Let the renovations begin...

In no particular order these are the things we want to do to the house:

 

• Extend the pergola
• Build an extension to existing wall to hide neighbours from view
• Paint in feature walls (inside and out)
• Create a shed (for tools etc)
• Put in a new bathroom, toilet downstairs
• Replace laundry cabinets and change layout
• Repaint various walls and match in colour throughout house
• Put in new ensuite and replace walk in robes
• Install robe inserts in each bedroom of house
• Replace carpet throughout
• Have new cabints made to fit the kitchen space where the fridge goes
• Build new garage on opposite side of house
• Replace the front garden with more modern plantings
• Build outdoor kitchen with plumbed in bbq

 

I am sure there is other things but I will get these in along the way :)
